Education

At SEMS, we pride ourselves in providing quality continuing medical education to our personnel and others throughout the area.  

    Our instructors are qualified in Heartsaver First Aid; CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) for the public and ACLS and PALS for healthcare providers.

    We provide NREMT and state-approved continuing education through Hawkeye Community College.  See the appropriate subpage under our SEMS Education tab for more information and to register for classes.  Nursing CEUs may be provided if requested far enough in advance of the class.  Please contact us for more information.
